The Memphis Grizzlies made the Vince Carter deal official Saturday morning, agreeing to a multi-year deal.

Over his career, the 16-year veteran ranks seventh all-time in three-point field goals (1.809) and 25th in points scored with 23,190.

He reportedly told the Mavericks he would stay on a 2-year, $8-million deal, but the Mavs couldn't offer more than $2.73-million per season after offering Chandler Parsons an offer sheet.

Last season, Carter averaged 11.9 points, 3.5 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game.
