Report: Jazz leaning towards bringing back John Lucas III

The Utah Jazz are reportedly willing to bring veteran point guard John Lucas III back for another season.
Team indications are to bring John Lucas III back for the second year of his deal with the Jazz if his contract isn't used in a trade.

The 31-year-old is owed $1.6 million next season - though the team can release him any time before the season opens without paying him - after signing a two-year deal with the Jazz prior to last season.
In 42 games last season, Lucas averaged 3.8 points and one assist while playing 14.1 minutes per game.
