Drafted fourth overall at the 2012 NBA Draft, Cleveland Cavaliers shooting guard Dion Waiters is as talented as he is erratic. And boy is his decision making erratic.

It's enough to make his coach Mike Brown's hair grey, that is if he had any.

On Friday night, Waiters got trapped while bringing the ball across center court. He flung the ball inaccurately back to teammate Spencer Hawes and missed by a country mile. Here's the play in question:

That's one ugly pass. But at least it inspired a beautiful reaction from Brown, who was rendered quite literally speechless by Waiters' decision making:
