The Miami Heat held off a furious fourth quarter charge by the Portland Trail Blazers on Monday night, hanging on for a 93-91 win.
LeBron James' layup gave the Heat the lead with 11.4 seconds to go, and Chris Bosh rejected Blazers guard Damian Lillard on the final possession to preserve the win.

The Blazers rallied from a 17-point deficit before coming up short on the final play.
