Martin, Pekovic return to Timberwolves for Saturday contest vs. Kings
The Minnesota Timberwolves will see the return of their second and third-leading scorers respectively as Kevin Martin and Nikola Pekovic will both return to the lineup Saturday against the Sacramento Kings.
Martin averaged 19 points per game before breaking his thumb on Feb. 7, while Pekovic missed the last 13 games with an ankle injury.
The T-Wolves treaded water to a 4-3 record without the pair of offensive-minded veterans to keep their playoff hopes alive in the tightly-contested Western Conference standings.
