Report: Knicks Beno Udrih asking for trade
Citing sources, ESPN is reporting that Knicks point guard Beno Udrih has asked for a trade out of Manhattan.
Udrih, 31, signed in the off-season for the veterans' minimum $1.27 million, and SB Nation reports he was promised to be in a dual-guard plan for the Knicks, splitting time with Raymond Felton and Pablo Prigioni.
With both Felton and Prigioni healthy, and Woodson letting one point guard handle the ball, Udrih isn't seeing many minutes. Udrih was used for a paltry three and a half minutes Monday, although the ESPN report suggests his request came earlier this week.
