Report: Curry to miss around a week with quad contusion

The Golden State Warriors expect superstar Steph Curry will miss around week with a quad contusion, sources told ESPN's Shams Charania and Anthony Slater.
The injury is not believed to be serious and Curry's timeline will depend on his response to treatment, Charania notes.
The two-time MVP was hurt in Wednesday's NBA Cup loss to the Houston Rockets. He collided with Amen Thompson in the fourth quarter.
Curry's averaged 27.9 points and 4.0 assists in 16 appearances. He's logged over 31.1 minutes per game and leads the NBA in 3-pointers made.
The Warriors have three games over the next week, beginning Saturday against the New Orleans Pelicans. Golden State is 10-10 on the season.
