Maggette 'would love to come back' to Pistons
Free agent Corey Maggette is hoping his days in Detroit aren't done.
Maggette, now 33 and nearing the end of the career, spent 2012-13 with the Pistons and told ESPN.com that he "would love to come back."
"Overall, I'm just waiting and being patient and see what opportunity comes," Maggette said. "You always got to explore your options, but if the Pistons want me back, it's great."
The small forward averaged 5.3 points, 1.4 rebounds, and 1.1 assists in 18 games last season.
