Jakob Poeltl has agreed on a four-year, $80-million contract to remain with the Toronto Raptors, sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

The deal contains a player option in the final year, Wojnarowski adds.

The Raptors re-acquired Poeltl from the San Antonio Spurs in February, trading Khem Birch, a 2024 first-round pick, and future second-round picks for the Austrian big man.

Toronto drafted Poeltl with the No. 9 pick in the 2016 NBA draft. The 27-year-old averaged 13.1 points, 9.1 rebounds, 2.2 assists, 1.3 blocks, and 1.2 steals in 26 games following the trade deadline.

The Raptors missed the playoffs, being eliminated in the play-in round by the Chicago Bulls. They parted ways with Nick Nurse in the offseason and hired Memphis Grizzlies assistant Darko Rajakovic.

Toronto lost point guard Fred VanVleet to the Houston Rockets as the 29-year-old signed a three-year, $130-million contract.
