Phoenix Suns star Devin Booker is expected to return from his groin injury Tuesday against the Brooklyn Nets, the team announced.
The 26-year-old Booker has been out since Christmas Day when he aggravated a groin injury against the Denver Nuggets. He'd missed the three prior games with the same issue.
Phoenix is 11-15 in the 26 games Booker has missed this season. However, the Suns have won eight of their last 10 games as Chris Paul and starting forward Cameron Johnson returned from their extended injury absences in recent weeks.
Booker is averaging 27.1 points and 5.6 rebounds in 29 contests this season.
