Free-agent wing DeAndre' Bembry signed a contract with the defending champion Milwaukee Bucks for the remainder of the season, the team announced Wednesday.
Bembry should help the Bucks fill the void on the wing created by Pat Connaughton's hand injury and Donte DiVincenzo's trade to the Sacramento Kings. Connaughton isn't expected back until mid-March, while George Hill has been sidelined since Jan. 28 with a neck injury.
The Bucks still have a pair of open roster spots following Bembry's addition.
Bembry averaged 5.8 points and 3.2 rebounds in 48 games with the Brooklyn Nets before being waived to help complete the blockbuster trade involving James Harden and Ben Simmons.
