Louis King's game-high 21 points and five steals helped the Sacramento Kings ease past the Boston Celtics 100-67 in the summer league championship game.
King earned finals MVP honors for his tremendous two-way performance. Emanuel Terry added five steals of his own along with nine points, 15 rebounds, and a game-best plus-28 rating off the bench.
Boston got out to an early double-digit lead but trailed 24-20 after the first quarter. Sacramento put together a dominant performance over the final three periods, outscoring Boston 76-47.
The Kings benefitted immensely from the Celtics' whopping 29 turnovers, outscoring Boston by a 38-4 margin in points created off turnovers.
Sacramento was also incredibly active on the defensive end with 18 steals in the game.
Carsen Edwards scored a Celtics-high 15 points on 5-of-16 shooting in the loss.
With the victory, Sacramento becomes the first team to win two summer league titles.
