The Charlotte Hornets are sending restricted free-agent guard Devonte' Graham to the New Orleans Pelicans on a four-year, $47-million sign-and-trade deal, his agents told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

Charlotte will receive a lottery-protected 2022 first-round pick, according to Wojnarowski.

Over the past two seasons, the diminutive point guard has averaged 16.6 points per game on 38% shooting from the floor overall and 37.4% from beyond the 3-point arc, along with 6.5 assists and 3.1 rebounds in just under 33 minutes per game.

It's the second sign-and-trade deal involving the Pelicans since the start of free agency; the team jettisoned former No. 2 overall pick Lonzo Ball to the Chicago Bulls earlier in the day, receiving combo guards Tomas Satoransky and Garrett Temple plus a second-round pick.
