NBA Tuesday betting preview: Fade Thunder as big 'dogs vs. Celtics

Nothing beats our perfect 3-0 mark Monday, which included a blowout victory by the 76ers and the Suns' streak-busting win against the red-hot Knicks.

Here are our favorite bets against the spread for Tuesday's six-game slate.

Thunder @ Celtics (-11.5, 214.5)

If it feels like we fade the Thunder every time they play, it's because we do. And there's no reason to stop now.

Oklahoma City is a miserable 3-13-2 ATS since star Shai Gilgeous-Alexander was injured March 24. The team has been outscored by 18.7 points per contest with 13 double-digit losses in those 18 games, and it owns a 5-12-1 ATS record as double-digit underdogs since the start of the season.

The Celtics are 4-0 ATS this year as double-digit favorites, which includes a 17-point win over OKC on March 27. Jayson Tatum and Kemba Walker aren't expected to play in this one, but Jaylen Brown and Co. should have little issue netting a similar result in Tuesday's rematch.

Pick: Celtics -11.5

Mavericks @ Warriors (-5, 222.5)

Who's playing for the Mavericks on Tuesday? Luka Doncic (questionable) and Kristaps Porzingis (doubtful) are among seven players on their injury report after Monday's loss to the lowly Kings.

Dallas now faces the Warriors, who are 6-3 ATS since April 10 with the NBA's best net rating (+11.8) during that span. The Mavericks rank 22nd in that department (-2.7) over those two weeks and will have their hands full trying to contain Stephen Curry in front of his home fans.

Pick: Warriors -5
