Sunday's contest between the Chicago Bulls and Toronto Raptors in Tampa is postponed, the NBA announced.
Positive COVID-19 tests and ongoing contact tracing involving the Raptors means the team will be unable to field the minimum of eight players for the game.
Reigning All-NBA second-team selection Pascal Siakam is already reportedly expected to sit out through this weekend's All-Star Game.
In addition to a shortage of players, the Raptors are currently without six members of their coaching staff - including head coach Nick Nurse - due to health and safety protocols.
Toronto has two more contests on the schedule ahead of the All-Star Game in Atlanta: at home in Tampa versus the Detroit Pistons on Tuesday and at the Boston Celtics on Thursday.
