The NBA has postponed Wednesday's game between the Portland Trail Blazers and Memphis Grizzlies in accordance with COVID-19 health and safety protocols, the league announced.

This marks the 16th game the NBA has been forced to reschedule this season.

Memphis does not have the league-minimum eight players available for the contest due to ongoing contract tracing. Grizzlies center Jonas Valanciunas was the only player on either team listed as out for the game due to health and safety protocols in the league's afternoon injury report.

Portland and Memphis are scheduled to play each other again Friday. It's unclear whether that game will proceed as scheduled.
