With the No. 43 pick in the 2020 NBA Draft, the Sacramento Kings selected Texas Tech shooting guard Jahmi'us Ramsey.
The Arlington native enjoyed a big freshman campaign with the Red Raiders, putting up 15 points, four rebounds, and 2.2 assists per game, and he connected on 42.6% of his shots from beyond the arc. His play earned him All-Big 12 second-team and conference Rookie of the Year honors.
However, Ramsey can be a bit feast or famine on the offensive end. He tallied fewer than 10 points in six games last season - including going 0-of-8 from the floor at Oklahoma in February. He also eclipsed 20 points on seven occasions, including a 26-point outing at Kansas during which he shot just 3-of-13 from deep. He profiles as a depth scoring option.
