The Los Angeles Clippers had a chance to move onto the Western Conference Finals on Friday, but the Denver Nuggets aren't going quietly. Who has the edge in Game 6?

Here's the prime betting info you need for Sunday's tilt.

Denver Nuggets vs. Los Angeles Clippers (-8.5, 215)

There's still some strong support for the Clippers, who opened as eight-point favorites and climbed even higher to -8.5.

No game has gone over the closing total yet in this series. The under cashed in games 1, 2, and 4, while games 3 and 5 pushed. Sunday's clash features the lowest total between the two so far.

The case for the Clippers

Really, it depends on whether you think L.A. will turn on the switch. The Clippers had Denver on the brink to the tune of a 12-point halftime lead Friday, but finished with a six-point loss.

Head coach Doc Rivers has been great at getting his team up following a loss, with a 35-16 record against the spread the last 51 to prove it. Veterans Kawhi Leonard and Paul George - who combined for 62 points in Game 5 - need some help from the regular season's highest-scoring bench if they want to face the Lakers in the Western Conference Finals.

Although Denver has a pair of wins through five games, the number here looks right. The Clippers could close as eight-point favorites or higher for the seventh time this postseason.

The case for the Nuggets

All this team does is rally from down 3-1, apparently.

Denver is trying to pull off another monumental upset after topping the Jazz three straight times in Round 1. The Nuggets still aren't a terrible bet despite being one game away from elimination, going 6-2-1 against the spread the last nine.

One area the Nuggets have cleaned up is in the paint - a defense allowing 47.7 points in that area has surrendered just 37.3 over the last three.

If Denver's defense - the worst in the bubble, by far - gets going, watch out.
