The NBA restart rolls along Wednesday with a modest four-game slate. Here are the day's best bets, as well as one player prop to consider.

Philadelphia 76ers at Toronto Raptors (-6.5, 220)

Betting games in the bubble feels a lot different than it did prior to the layoff, right? Rosters have been scrambled, teams have different motives, and scoring is way up.

But if there's one team that hasn't skipped a beat, it's Toronto.

The Raptors continue to get the job done under head coach Nick Nurse. They're 5-1 both straight up and against the spread at Walt Disney World, while five of their six opponents have gone under the team total.

And this is the perfect spot for yet another brilliant defensive performance.

Toronto catches the 76ers on the second half of a back-to-back after Philadelphia played the Suns on Monday. Philly's offense wasn't too shabby without Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons - the Sixers shot 49.5% from the field and 45.5% from deep in a 131-117 loss.

But this is a huge step up in competition.

The Raptors have the league's second-best defensive rating and have gone under the total in seven straight games. The Sixers, on the other hand, have cashed 11 of their last 15 following contests in which they allow 125 points or more.

Pick: Under 220

Denver Nuggets vs. Los Angeles Clippers (-5.5, 228.5)

The restart theme for both of these Western Conference contenders has been points, points, and more points. The Clippers have gone over the total in four straight, while the Nuggets have cashed their last six overs.

The Clippers like to play at a fast pace - they average just north of 105 possessions per game, good for ninth in the NBA. They've played a little slower than usual over their last three - 100.5 possessions per game - but they're still filling the bucket at a torrid pace.

That's bad news for a Denver defense that's surrendered 124.1 points per game since the NBA season resumed. The Nuggets haven't stopped a soul on the perimeter in the bubble, either. They entered Monday's game against the Lakers allowing opponents to make 45.1% of threes. The Lakers converted on 14 of their 29 attempts (48.1%).

There's no reason to get cute here. Bet the over and watch the points pile up.

Pick: Over 228.5

Player props

Kawhi Leonard - Under rebounds

This is a highly attractive under on Leonard's rebounds, as he hasn't necessarily made a concerted effort to pad his stats on the glass. "The Board Man" hasn't collected more than seven rebounds in a game since the restart, and he now faces a Nuggets defense that surrenders fewer boards to opposing small forwards than any team in the NBA (7.18 per game).
