πŸ€ Hiatus Diaries: LeBron busts a move, Luka's over Overwatch

With a global pandemic suspending sporting events worldwide, athletes suddenly have tons of time on their hands. In the latest installment of our weekly NBA series, we look at how they've been keeping themselves entertained - and in shape - while self-isolating.

A party fit for a (lonely) King

After what feels like four-and-a-half years of self-isolation, the effects of our collective solitude is starting to hit even the grandest of NBA stars.

LeBron James, on his son Bryce's TikTok, bust out a move to satisfy a virtual pit of fans before they potentially ruin the furniture in his home.

Jokes aside, James voluntarily agreeing to look like "a damn fool" on social media with his kids has been a refreshing sight.

Also, note the #dad here from Bryce. Simple. Effective.

An Australasian riff-off

Next, close your eyes and let a mini guitar battle between Australian San Antonio Spurs guard Patty Mills and New Zealand's Oklahoma City Thunder center Steven Adams take you away to better times.

Points to both of them for not playing "Wonderwall." Bonus points to the 6-foot-11, 265-pound Adams for making a full-size acoustic look like a wooden spoon.

Luka's fed up with queue times

Like many of us, Luka Doncic just wants to pass the time handily beating scrubs online. He's having some difficulties doing that in Blizzard's first-person shooter Overwatch.

Doncic's favorite characters are apparently Hanzo and Genji, meaning he enjoys popular high-damage picks the most. Everyone else does, too, so it's no wonder his queue times are high.

Take up a tank, Luka.

Poirier puts Kanter, Theis to shame

With Euro 2020 officially postponed until 2021, the Boston Celtics' European bigs are here to satisfy our footy fix with a little toilet paper challenge. No VAR is necessary to tell us Enes Kanter and Daniel Theis had no chance of keeping up with Vincent Poirier.

Poirier nearly doubling Kanter's tally makes this France's biggest margin of victory over Turkey since Nov. 15, 2000 (shouts to Johan Micoud).

Tobi asks the difficult questions

With the weather starting to warm up, we no longer have to feel guilty thinking about ice cream. Enter Philadelphia 76ers forward Tobias Harris with a real brain-freezer.

The obvious contempt for the chocolate-dip twist cone aside, the only correct answer here, now, and forever, is the chocolate chip cookie sandwich at No. 6.

Born Ready (to shave it all off)

Remember when Lance Stephenson blew into LeBron James' ear in 2014? That's nothing compared to this latest gaffe.

Barbers will undoubtedly be swarmed once this is all over, which could give him more to worry about later on. But for now, find yourself a good hat, Lance.

Trae can't contain himself

Perhaps nobody is more ecstatic about self-isolation than Atlanta Hawks star Trae Young. Just feast your eyes at these levels of excitement, featuring the sultry vocals of fellow Atlanta entertainment icons, Lil Jon & the East Side Boyz.

Brissett imitates Raptors to a tee

Oshae Brissett only played 19 games with the Toronto Raptors before the season was put on hold, but that was more than enough time to perfect hilarious impersonations of some of his teammates.

It's impossible to overstate how accurate the Rondae Hollis-Jefferson impression is; he showed up to a February game in Toronto wearing the exact same shirt.
