Kyrie Irving won't play another NBA game in 2019.

Brooklyn Nets head coach Kenny Atkinson said Friday that Irving won't travel with the team on its upcoming three-game road trip to Houston, Minnesota, and Dallas, according to ESPN's Malika Andrews.

The point guard hasn't played since Nov. 14 due to an impingement in his right shooting shoulder. The earliest he can now return is Jan. 4 when the Nets host the Raptors.

Irving has now missed more games than he's played this season, while the Nets remain 5.9 points per 100 possessions better offensively with him on the floor. Still, Brooklyn is 6-4 in its last 10 despite also missing swingman Caris LeVert.

LeVert is nearing a return to the court, according to Andrews.
