Giannis Antetokounmpo celebrated his 25th birthday with another big night Friday in the Milwaukee Bucks' 119-91 win versus the Los Angeles Clippers, and head coach Doc Rivers felt his team's effort contributed to the festivities.

"It was Giannis' birthday, and we searched all over the city to find a gift, couldn't find one, so we gave him this one," Rivers said postgame, according to ESPN's Ohm Youngmisuk and Eric Woodyard.

Antetokounmpo led the way with 27 points and 11 boards as the Bucks were up by as many as 41 in another dominating performance. Milwaukee, which has won 14 straight games, has registered a plus-137 point differential over the team's past four contests, good for the second-best margin over a four-game span in a season in NBA history, according to ESPN Stats & Info.

Meanwhile, the Clippers managed just 91 points on 35.1% shooting and turned the ball over 21 times, leading to 29 points for the Bucks.

"Sometimes you just get your ass kicked," guard Lou Williams said. "It won't be the last time we get our asses kicked this season.

"Sometimes teams play better than you, they want a game more than you. I think tonight they showed that we just showed up to play and they showed up to kick our ass, and they did that."

Milwaukee also won the previous meeting between the two clubs in November. The Bucks' 20-3 mark is tied for the NBA's best record, while the Clippers sit fourth in the West with a 16-7 record.
