Giannis Antetokounmpo had his most efficient game of the young season in the Milwaukee Bucks' 115-105 win over the Toronto Raptors on Saturday, and he said that came by design.

"I had a lot of motivation," Antetokounmpo said afterward, according to ESPN's Eric Woodyard. "The team that cost us the trip to (last season's) NBA Finals, obviously, you're gonna come out and play a little bit harder and have a little bit extra juice in you.

"I think that's what the team did tonight and ... when I woke up from my nap, that's what I was thinking."

Antetokounmpo mostly had his way with the Raptors, either at the rim or defending Pascal Siakam. The Greek Freak finished with a season-high 36 points on 14-of-20 shooting. That represented a bounce back from his production during the last four games of May's Eastern Conference finals when Toronto disrupted the NBA MVP's rhythm and held him to 43% shooting.

Antetokounmpo also kept his pregame promise to a young fan in attendance from the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
