Kevin Durant took to social media again Friday, firing back at Magic Johnson after the NBA legend discussed Durant's departure from the Golden State Warriors.

"KD, I hope that he finds happiness," Johnson said on ESPN's "First Take." “If you can’t find happiness in Golden State, where are you gonna find it at? I just want him to find happiness because when I look at Michael Jordan, I look at Kobe Bryant - this brother Kevin Durant is one of the best scorers we've seen in NBA history - so I just want him to be happy, but I don't know where he's gonna be happy at if he can't find it at Golden State."

Alerted to the comments on Twitter, Durant responded. He deleted the tweet shortly afterward.

Unlike most superstars of his stature, Durant has become well known for engaging on various platforms with fans, media, and trolls alike. He admitted earlier this year to using burner accounts to argue with people, something that blew up spectacularly two years ago when he accidentally posted criticism of his former team, the Oklahoma City Thunder, on his regular Twitter feed.
