The Detroit Pistons could be without their top player going into their playoff series against the NBA's top team.

Blake Griffin is listed as questionable for Sunday's Game 1 versus the Milwaukee Bucks with left knee soreness. The power forward didn't sound optimistic about the issue on Saturday, telling Pistons.com's Keith Langlois that "we're taking this day by day."

Griffin's knee soreness caused him to miss four of the Pistons' last seven regular-season games as they fought to get into the playoffs. On the court, he's looked badly hobbled at times.

The 30-year-old has a lengthy history of knee injuries, including a left knee stress fracture that forced him to miss his entire rookie season in 2009-10.
