Pistons' Griffin out for Game 1 vs. Bucks

Detroit Pistons forward Blake Griffin will miss Sunday's Game 1 contest against the Milwaukee Bucks, coach Dwane Casey said, according to ESPN's Malika Andrews.
Griffin has missed four of Detroit's last seven regular-season games due to a knee injury.
The Pistons All-Star is listed as day-to-day, as Casey says Griffin's knee remains "too sore," according to the Detroit Free Press' Vincent Ellis.
Griffin enjoyed a career year prior to his late-season knee troubles, averaging 24.5 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 5.4 assists in 75 appearances.
The 30-year-old's absence likely means former Bucks big man Thon Maker will slide into the starting power forward spot beside center Andre Drummond.
