Oregon freshman center Bol Bol has declared for the 2019 NBA Draft, his new agency, CAA, confirmed to ESPN's Nick DePaula on Friday. Hiring an agent ensures Bol cannot return to NCAA basketball.

The 7-foot-2 big man played just nine games for the Ducks this season, suffering a stress fracture in his left foot in December. His decision to enter the draft comes with little surprise; Bol tweeted in January that his Oregon career was effectively over.

Despite his injury and abbreviated college campaign, Bol is anticipated to be a lottery pick. The son of late NBA center Manute Bol, the 19-year-old has a 7-foot-8 wingspan and averaged 21 points and nearly 10 rebounds with the Ducks. He also shot 52 percent from beyond the arc, albeit in a limited sample size.

Virginia eliminated Oregon from the NCAA Tournament on Thursday.
