The Walking Bucket is taking his talents to south China.

Veteran forward Michael Beasley is signing a contract with the Guangdong Southern Tigers of the Chinese Basketball Association, sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

The 30-year-old will spend two months with Guangdong on a deal for "significant cash," according to Wojnarowski.

Beasley appeared in 26 games for the Los Angeles Lakers this season, averaging seven points, 2.3 rebounds, and one assist in just under 11 minutes per contest. He was traded to the Los Angeles Clippers earlier this month and subsequently waived.

Beasley's legacy overseas is already well established. He was named the CBA's International MVP in 2015-16 after averaging 31.9 points, 13.2 rebounds, 3.8 assists, and two steals for the Shandong Golden Stars. He also starred for the Shanghai Sharks during the 2014-15 season.
