Los Angeles Lakers guard Lonzo Ball exited Saturday's game against the Houston Rockets early after spraining his left ankle in a third-quarter collision with James Ennis.
Ball had to be carried off the floor. However, the 21-year-old's X-rays came back negative for fractures, a source told Tania Ganguli of the Los Angeles Times.
Ball recorded 11 assists in 22 minutes on Saturday.
