Chicago Bulls guard Zach LaVine is active Wednesday night against the Minnesota Timberwolves, according to the Chicago Tribune's K.C. Johnson.
LaVine missed the last five games with an ankle injury and will come off the bench against Minnesota. He was originally expected to miss two-to-four weeks after going down on Dec. 13.
The 23-year-old is averaging a career-high 23.8 points and 4.8 assists this season, his second in Chicago after arriving from Minnesota in a trade package for Jimmy Butler.
