Durant fined $25K for 'inappropriate language' directed at fan

Golden State Warriors superstar Kevin Durant has been assessed a $25,000 fine for "inappropriate language" during Saturday's game against the Dallas Mavericks, the league announced.
With 1:01 left in the first quarter, an irate Durant cursed out a heckler sitting courtside, telling the fan to "Watch the fucking game and shut the
fuck up."

If the fan took Durant's advice, he would've seen the two-time reigning Finals Most Valuable Player drop a game-high 32 points - though Dallas ultimately had the last laugh. The Mavericks emerged victorious by a score of 112-109, beating the Warriors for the first time since Dec. 30, 2015.
