Cleveland Cavaliers guard George Hill will miss two weeks with a sprained right shoulder, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

Hill was forced to sit out Wednesday's 95-86 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder with shoulder soreness.

Rookie point guard Collin Sexton received the starting nod in that game and will likely continue to do so during Hill's absence.

The Cavaliers (1-10) have struggled to stay healthy this season, as Kevin Love (foot) is expected to miss at least six weeks and Sam Dekker (ankle) is set to be sidelined for at least two-to-four weeks.

Hill is averaging 12.6 points and three assists through the first 10 games of the season.
