Brooklyn Nets forward Jared Dudley chimed in Sunday on the reported discontent with rookie guard Collin Sexton from some Cleveland Cavaliers veterans.

"Huh??? Man he's a rookie and we're eight games in! Veterans are suppose (sic) to teach him and watch film not give your quotes about a BS article," Dudley tweeted in response to the report.

The article, written by The Athletic's Joe Vardon, cited an unnamed Cavs player as saying Sexton does not "know how to play." The story also described a divide in Cleveland's locker room between the veteran holdovers from four straight NBA Finals appearances and youngsters like Sexton.

Sexton, the eighth overall pick in June's draft, has struggled both offensively and defensively through the season's first nine games.

Dudley is no stranger to being outspoken about opposing teams and players. In a 2015 interview with ESPN Radio while with the Milwaukee Bucks, he called Carmelo Anthony the NBA's most overrated player and said nobody really wanted to play with Kobe Bryant.
