LeBron James was quick to respond to comments made by Jim Boeheim Wednesday after the Syracuse head basketball coach spoke about James and his agency, Klutch Sports.

The matter centers around former recruit Darius Bazley, who decommitted from Syracuse in March to enter the G League. However, Bazley later dropped that plan as well and signed with Klutch Sports, choosing to train on his own.

On Monday, news broke that he signed a contract with New Balance, which includes Bazley serving as an intern with the apparel company.

While the often-cantankerous Boeheim has been highly critical of Bazley's decision to spurn the Orange, James has been taking a public stance against the NCAA and its perceived exploitation of student-athletes. His production company aired an HBO documentary on the issue earlier this month.

"These kids need options and more support," James said via Twitter on Monday. "Really like what G league is doing. @KlutchSports innovating and taking this to another level!"
