Bogdan Bogdanovic won't be available for the Sacramento Kings at the start of the 2018-19 regular season.

The 26-year-old will miss the next four-to-six weeks after undergoing successful minor arthroscopic surgery on his left knee on Monday.

Sacramento's preseason kicks off on Oct. 1 against the Phoenix Suns. It'll then open the regular-season campaign on Oct. 17 at home against the visiting Utah Jazz at Golden 1 Center.

Monday marked the second time in five months that Bogdanovic went under the knife for his left knee. Following his rookie year, it was revealed he had suffered a slight tear of his medial meniscus.

He was named a member of the All-Rookie Second Team after averaging 11.8 points, 2.9 rebounds, 3.3 assists, and 0.9 steals on 44.6 percent shooting for the 27-win Kings.
