The San Antonio Spurs are hiring television analyst Brent Barry to their front office, league sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski on Monday.
Barry spent 14 seasons in the Association, including four years in San Antonio from 2004-05 to 2007-08. He hoisted two championships with the Spurs in 2005 and 2007.
The former sharpshooter has spent a large portion of his post-playing career on NBA TV and TNT as an analyst and play-by-play commentator.
Barry has reportedly been a desirable hire for multiple franchises over the past two summers. The Detroit Pistons strongly considered adding Barry to their front office after parting ways with Stan Van Gundy, Wojnarowski reported in May.
