The Denver Nuggets have reportedly added former Cleveland Cavaliers sharpshooter Mark Price to their coaching staff, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

Price will operate as a shooting instructor as part of his duties with the Nuggets, similar to his role as an assistant with the Charlotte Hornets between 2013 to 2015.

Denver finished seventh in 3-point shooting (37.1 percent) and 10th in field goal percentage (47.0) last season, but still failed to make the postseason.

The four-time All-Star was one of the early pioneers of efficient point guard play, averaging 15.2 points and 6.7 assists while shooting 47.2 percent from the field, 40.2 percent on 3-pointers, and 90.4 percent from the free throw line in his 12 year career.

Price was a four-time All-NBA player and a four-time All-Star during his nine years in Cleveland.
