With the Atlanta Hawks set to celebrate 50 years since their relocation from St. Louis in 1968, the team is rolling out a throwback jersey and alternate court design.
The "Hardwood Classic" jersey is "a powder blue and red-trimmed uniform that was worn most famously by Lou Hudson for just one season in 1968," the Hawks announced Thursday.
Additionally, the Hawks will play on a new black-and-gold court nine times in 2018-19:
The alternate court will be paired with a matching "City" uniform that will be unveiled later this season, according to SportsLogo.net's Chris Creamer. The anniversary patch will also be black and gold.
