Michael Porter Jr.'s agency has informed teams that his second pro day - which he initially canceled due to hip spasms - will proceed as planned in Chicago on Friday, Yahoo's Shams Charania reports.

After experiencing the muscle spasms and tabling the workout, Porter underwent an MRI, which came back clean on Thursday morning. He was set to be reevaluated by his doctor Thursday night.

The projected top-10 pick missed all but three games of his freshman season at Missouri due to a back injury, and reportedly chalked the hip issues up to an intense training regimen in the lead-up to the draft. The primary purpose of Friday's workout is understood by attending teams to be a medical and physical evaluation, according to Charania.

Porter's stock has been steadily rising after his first pro day; he is reportedly unlikely to be drafted any later than seventh overall, and the Sacramento Kings are reportedly even considering taking him at No. 2.
