Reddit user and true visionary Danmaker99 recently asked why the NBA champion Golden State Warriors don't just lock arms and form a circle around Stephen Curry - a career 43.6 percent 3-point shooter - on offense so that he can consistently have open looks at the basket.

His post soon went viral, with many praising its logic and the ingenuity behind the defensive circle.
As it turns out, though, having four players surrounding and moving with a ball-handler would present some problems during an actual game, as the official NBA Referees Twitter account pointed out on Tuesday night.
Here we go... The defender has the right to be between his opponent and the basket.
