76ers' Fultz becomes youngest player to ever record a triple-double
Markelle Fultz's rookie campaign certainly had more downs than ups, but during the season finale on Wednesday, the No. 1 overall pick was at least able to finish off the campaign on a high note.
The Philadelphia 76ers blew out the Milwaukee Bucks by 35 points at the Wells Fargo Center to head into the playoffs riding a 16-game winning streak. Fultz ended the night having recorded the first triple-double of his career, recording a line of 13 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 assists in 25 minutes coming off the bench.
He's now the youngest player in NBA history (19 years and 317 days) to notch a triple-double, beating out Los Angeles Lakers point guard Lonzo Ball, who broke the record himself back in November.

Fultz caps off the year having made just 14 total appearances due to what was diagnosed as a scapular muscle imbalance in his right shoulder that plagued his shooting. Rather than have him play through it, the Sixers - who have a storied history of lottery picks missing extended periods of time - shut him down to deal with the problem head-on.
When he did suit up, Fultz averaged 7.1 points on 40.5 percent shooting, 3.1 rebounds, 3.8 assists, and 0.9 steals.
