Glen Davis clearly isn't sweating his arrest on drug-related charges.
In a video published Sunday on Instagram, which appears to have been shot aboard a private plane, "Big Baby" claims his innocence and eats Popeyes chicken while seated beside a briefcase filled cash and topped with his championship ring from his rookie season with the Boston Celtics in 2007-08.
"I will have my day in court," he says in the video.
Davis was indicted on seven charges of drug possession and distribution in February after Maryland police claimed they found 126 grams of marijuana in his hotel room. Police said they also recovered a briefcase containing $92,124 and a ledger inscribed with language "consistent with someone involved in the sale and distribution of narcotics."
The former Celtics, Orlando Magic, and Los Angeles Clippers big man is due to appear in court in April.
