Cue the conspiracy theorists among Toronto Raptors fans.

The NBA's last-two-minute report Monday concluded that Thunder forward Corey Brewer did not foul Toronto's DeMar DeRozan on the latter's drive to the basket with 34.6 seconds left in the fourth quarter of Oklahoma City's 132-125 win on Sunday.

Brewer reached in on DeRozan and made contact with the ball as he elevated, but the L2M classified the move as a correct no-call, with contact incidental during normal basketball moves. Per NBA rules, the ball-handler's hand is considered part of the ball.

DeRozan immediately reacted to official Marc Davis' non-call, which ultimately led to a technical foul. DeRozan, teammate Serge Ibaka, and Raptors head coach Dwane Casey were all ejected.

DeRozan later said Brewer "smacked the s--- out of me," but stopped short of criticizing NBA officiating to the point of warranting a fine.

"We fight through it, but as soon as we say something, we're the bad guys, we get fined, we get criticized," DeRozan said. "But we've all got a breaking point and it's frustrating."
