Chef behind 'shoeshi' replicas of NBA sneakers shares recipes in new book

Yujia Hu, the Italian sushi chef known for his edible recreations of NBA players and sneakers, is revealing the secrets behind his work in a new book.
"Shoesushi," which Hu released in partnership with Belly Kids, is filled with step-by-step tutorials teaching readers how to make sneaker-shaped sushi at home.
