Hardaway Jr.: 'I wish I could make a f---ing shot'

The New York Knicks have been a disaster over the past two months; there's no other way to put it.

When All-Star Kristaps Porzingis fell with a torn ACL last week, it essentially ended any hope for a midseason turnaround. It certainly doesn't help that Tim Hardaway Jr. - their second-best scorer - has struggled since returning from a 20-game absence due to a leg injury just a month ago, and he's quite aware of his own recent troubles.

"I wish I could make a f---ing shot," Hardaway said, according to ESPN's Ian Begley. "I am frustrated. Kind of in a slump right now. Just got to try to shoot my way out of it. Can't harp on it. You can't keep on letting it go. I mean, it's too many games in a row now. I've got to figure it out."

Hardaway has played 15 games since returning from injury, shooting 37.5 percent from the field and 28.7 percent from three - including an 0-8 performance from beyond the arc in a loss on Monday against the Philadelphia 76ers.

The Knicks have lost seven straight games.
