The Golden State Warriors will have to look elsewhere.

Marco Belinelli will sign with the Philadelphia 76ers once he clears waivers after he secured a buyout with the Atlanta Hawks on Friday, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

He reportedly drew interest from a number of contenders, including the Warriors, but the 31-year-old didn't want to take a diminished role.

Belinelli will make the veteran's minimum and join a 76ers side that will likely compete for a late playoff seed in the Eastern Conference. He is familiar with Sixers general manager Bryan Colangelo dating back to their days together with the Toronto Raptors.

He averaged 11.4 points on 37.2 percent shooting from three as a reserve gunner for the Hawks this season.
