A day after the Cleveland Cavaliers remade half their roster, the King has spoken.

"I think we became a younger team, more athletic," LeBron James said Friday morning in Atlanta, per ESPN. "We added some more shooting as well. So, we'll have to see how it meshes ... I like the pieces that we have coming in."

Youth and athleticism are definitely things the Cavs got more of before Thursday's trade deadline. Rodney Hood, Jordan Clarkson, and Larry Nance Jr. will effectively replace Dwyane Wade, Isaiah Thomas, and Jae Crowder, and the veteran addition of George Hill will provide depth at the point.

While the moves also put the Cavs in better position if James leaves via free agency again this summer, he said the team is now strong enough to pursue a fourth straight NBA Finals appearance.

"I know the coaching staff and (coach Tyronn Lue) is going to do it as well, but it's my job to get these guys on the same page with us where we want to accomplish what we want to do," James added. "I look forward to getting them here. All four of them are pretty smart guys, and it should be fun."
