Charlotte Hornets guard Kemba Walker will replace New York Knicks forward Kristaps Porzingis on Team LeBron in the 2018 All-Star Game after Porzingis fell with a season-ending knee injury, the club confirmed.

Walker has been the lone bright spot for the struggling Hornets, averaging 22.6 points and 5.8 assists this season. The Hornets are drastically better when Walker is on the floor, as the team's offensive rating is 13.5 points worse when the two-time All-Star sits.

Porzingis was diagnosed with a torn ACL in his left knee after landing awkwardly after a dunk in Tuesday's game against the Milwaukee Bucks. He is expected to miss the remainder of the season.
