Toronto Raptors president Masai Ujiri said other teams are inquiring heavily about Toronto's younger players ahead of the NBA trade deadline on Feb. 8.

"Yes they are," Ujiri told Bob McCown of "Prime Time Sports" on Wednesday. "Just before I left the office (general manager) Bobby (Webster) called saying a couple of teams called. It's constant."

Ujiri didn't name the teams that have made inquiries, but with the Raptors near the top of the Eastern Conference, there may be a view from outside that Toronto would be willing to part with some of its younger talent, possibly in exchange for veterans ahead of a playoff run.

The emergence of rookie OG Anunoby along with the continued development of Delon Wright, Jakob Poeltl, and Pascal Siakam have been major factors in the Raptors' success this season. By waving goodbye to veterans Patrick Patterson and P.J. Tucker, Ujiri effectively put the young players on the spot in terms of producing immediately - and it's paid off.

Ujiri didn't divulge much else, other than the Raptors would keep their options open.

"We continue to interact with a lot of teams," he said.
