Lue sits out Cavs' game due to illness

Tyronn Lue is under the weather.
The Cleveland Cavaliers head coach will miss Thursday's home game against the Chicago Bulls due to illness, the team announced.
Assistant Larry Drew will run the bench in Lue's stead. Drew was head coach of the Atlanta Hawks from 2010-14.
